Our Story
In 2015, a diplomatic pouch went missing between London and Geneva. It was found, three days later, in the wrong warehouse, seal intact but chain-of-custody destroyed. Our founders decided to build the logistics company they'd wanted to hire.
Ten years on, ShipSafe runs 5 owned hubs, employs its own AEO-certified brokers, and clears 700,000 shipments a year across 40+ countries. Every consignment, a diplomatic pouch, a seven-figure sculpture, a next-day parcel, gets a named handler and an unbroken scan trail from pickup to signature.

Challenge · Rotate 72 encrypted document pouches between 14 European embassies before a Monday senate briefing.
Outcome · All 72 pouches delivered inside 48 hours with unbroken chain-of-custody scans. Zero seal breaches. Same courier team returned every empty pouch on the reverse leg.
Private collector via a Mayfair auction house
Challenge · Move a fragile bronze sculpture insured at £4.2M from a Milan studio to a Bel Air residence, with climate control and museum-grade handling.
Outcome · Custom-built crate, chartered air freight out of MXP, priority US customs clearance under our C-TPAT registration, and white-glove installation on-site.
Atelier Milano (womenswear, DTC across 22 EU countries)
Challenge · Scale from 400 to 4,200 parcels/week for a November collection drop without breaking the 48-hour EU delivery promise.
Outcome · Dedicated pick lane in our Milan hub, pre-cleared VAT under IOSS, and same-day handover to last-mile partners. 99.6% on-time across the peak window.
