These terms govern your use of globalsafeship.com and any shipment services booked through ShipSafe Global Logistics Ltd (Company No. 09482173 · Registered in England & Wales; VAT GB 214 8830 47). By using the site or booking a shipment you agree to them.
1. Services
Freight forwarding, diplomatic shipping, express courier, customs brokerage, and warehousing. Individual bookings are governed by our standard trading conditions issued at quote acceptance.
2. Prohibited goods
Weapons, narcotics, counterfeit currency, radioactive materials, live animals, and any items restricted by origin, transit, or destination law. A full list is available on request.
3. Liability
Standard shipments are covered under BIFA 2021 conditions unless declared otherwise. High-value and diplomatic consignments carry dedicated insurance up to $5M per consignment when pre-declared and manifested accordingly.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment attracts statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Website use
